Full Description
January 2001. NMP
Two small slit trenches are visible as earthworks on 1944 aerial photographs (S1) at TF 6939 4388 and TF 6941 4390. These are probably practice trenches from World War Two and would have formed part of the coastal defences for this area.
A. Hunt (NMP), 23 January 2001.
