Map

February 2001. NMP.
A cluster of features is visible around TF 693 427 on 1967 aerial photographs (S1). The features are only faintly visible, but it is possible to see two clusters of pits (one of about nine pits and the other about four pits), a broad ditch some 300m long running north to south and a narrow ditch, also about 300m, long running northwest to southeast. The function and date of the features is not clear from the aerial photographs. There is a possibility that they may represent a prehistoric site, but equally the features could be created by modern activity, it is impossible to tell from the aerial photographs.
A. Hunt (NMP), 5 February 2001.
