Roman copper alloy gilt seal box lid, very corroded, pointed oval, pierced lug for hinge opposite broken location lug, whitish-green oval of decayed enamel within broad gilded border, 21 x 34mm. Compare with examples in (S1). ?2-3rd century AD.
