Map

October 2002. Norfolk NMP.
Linear earthworks visible in grassland on 1946 RAF aerial photographs (S1). These consist of a ditch running from TF 8377 4251 to TF 8380 4246, measuring 55m in length. To the south of this are two parallel slight earthwork banks or parched patches. Both are between 23 to 4m long and 2m wide. The northern one runs from TF 8380 4242 to TF 8381 4243 and the second from TF 8380 4241 to TF 8382 4242. It seems likely that these features are relatively recent, possibly post medieval in date.
S. Massey (2002. Norfolk NMP), 2 October 2002.
