Map

August 2002. Norfolk NMP.
Cropmarks visible on 1955 RAF aerial photographs (S1).
These appear to be ditches that may be part of co-joined rectilinear enclosures, although the full extent of the features is not visible. The southern possible enclosed area is at least 60m by 30m. The date and function of these features is not known, although they do share some similarities with the land divisions to the immediate east, which probably date to the medieval-post-medieval periods. It is possible that these are representing other, now removed land and property divisions.
S. Massey (NMP), 12 August 2002.
