Map

October 2002. Norfolk NMP.
The earthworks of a probable post medieval saltmarsh boundary bank is visible on aerial photographs on the Burnham Norton Marshes. On 1953 RAF aerial photographs (S1), a linear bank appears to be running from TF 8330 4440 to TF 8346 4429, measuring 195m by 6.5m. This appears to be cut across by the far end of NHER 27035, a probable post medieval drainage ditch.
S. Massey (NMP), 3 October 2002.
