Map

October 2002. Norfolk NMP.
A stretch of earthwork bank, running from TF 8246 4420 to TF 8245 4435, is visible on 1946 RAF aerial photographs (S1). It is L-shaped and is 180m long, measuring between 4m and 6m across. It is probably medieval to post medieval in date. It is possible that it is part of the post medieval embanking of the saltmarshes.
S. Massey (NMP), 3 October 2002.
