Full Description
August 2002. Norfolk NMP.
Two structures located on sand dunes at Scolt Head Island are visible on RAF aerial photographs taken in 1945 (S1).
The largest is located at TF 8456 4573 and is a rectangular hut, measuring 10 by 4.5m and appears to have a curved profile roof. The second structure is at TF 8452 4577 and is smaller, measuring approximately 4m square. The function of this structure is unknown. They may be related to the nearby area of military structures, dating to World WarTwo, located on Gun Hill to the immediate west NHER (26673)
