Map

January 2001. Norfolk NMP.
Three anti-tank cubes can be seen along the southwest side of a road at TF 835 435 on 1946 aerial photography (S1).
There are two 2 to 3m apart, and a third about 25m away. There does not appear to be a corresponding cube on the opposite side of the road. The cubes may have formed part of a roadblock, but it is very difficult to tell from the aerial photography. These features date to World War Two and would have formed part of the defence of transport routes in this area, along with NHER 18223 and 27028.
A. Hunt (Suffolk CC NMP), 31 January 2001.
