Full Description
August 2002. Norfolk NMP.
Cropmarks of chevron shaped slit trench running from TF 6753 4067 to TF 6755 4063, visible on 1946 (S1) and 1955 (S2) RAF aerial photographs. It is approximately 38m long and 5m wide. The centre of the feature is producing a negative response, this would suggest that the trench was in-filled with hard material, possibly chalk or rubble.
S. Massey (NMP), 27 August 2002.
