Summary
It is known that a medieval chantry chapel dedicated to St Lawrence was situated about a mile from the settlement of Tilney. The exact location of this building is unclear.

Full Description
'The said chapell is distant from the p[ar]ishe church of Tilney one long myle...And there is is hanging in the said chapell one bell valued at xs.'
