Full Description
February 2003. Metal detecting.
On both sides of road:
Undated copper alloy unidentified objects.
1 medieval coin and a buckle.
3 post-medieval tokens, a buckle, book clasp and the arm from a pair of dividers.

Found during building work:
Roman pottery sherds, the majority from a large collapsed greware jar.
The base of this jar was set c.600mm into the subsoil which was overlain by c.400mm of topsoil. There was no sign of other features.
