Map

June 2003. Norfolk NMP.
The feature is formed a single narrow ring ditch (S1), with a diameter of 9.5m. This is most likely to be a stack stand or base, and may date from any period, although a Post-medieval date seems probable. Elsewhere in this area they are often associated with the ridge and furrow style earthworks typical of the Post-medieval reclaimed land. There are similar earthworks approximately 130m to the north-west (NHER 27865).
M. Brennand (NMP), 23 June 2003.
