Map

May 2002. Norfolk NMP.
Two slight linear banks are clearly visible on the ADAS aerial photographs of 1970 (S1)-(S2). They run from TF7083 4344 to TF7089 4345, and TF7083 4341 to TF70889 4341.These banks appear to subdivide a field marked on the 2nd edition OS map (S3), suggesting they are the remains of field boundaries. They are likely to have at least a post medieval date as they are no longer in use by the time of (they are not marked on) the Ordnance Survey 2nd edition (though an earlier date cannot be ruled out).
H. Clare (NMP), 10 May 2002.
