Map

July 2002. Norfolk NMP.
The features are relatively straight and narrow, aligned in a north to south direction, but are probably not the result of modern ploughing (S1). These features are probably post medieval in date, as the area was probably not reclaimed and defended by sea banks until after the medieval period. These are probably a mix of lazybedding type features and drainage on the newly reclaimed marsh. There are additional areas of the similar features to the west (NHER 36833 and 27833).
M. Brennand (NMP), 1 July 2002.
