Full Description
June 2002. Norfolk NMP.
A series of cropmarks that initially appear to depict a north-to-south aligned trackway with associated linear ditches and pit groups (S1). Although all of the anomalies appear as negative, 'parched' features they may in fact represent pits and ditches. However, it is strongly suggested that these features are the result of modern agricultural practices, and are probably not archaeological. These features have not been placed on the final NMP map of the area.
M. Brennand (NMP), 18 June 2002.
