Summary

An excavation carried out by the NAU in January 2004 revealed a medieval ditch, pit and post hole. Medieval pottery and kiln furniture was also recovered.

Evaluation of proposed development site. Contexts 1 to 11.
Excavations revealed a medieval pit, a medieval posthole and a medieval ditch.
Medieval pottery and kiln furniture of the type produced and used at Grimston was recovered from the subsoil.
