Map

February 2004, Norfolk NMP.
Earthworks of drainage ditches, pits and a bank visible on 1946 RAF aerial photographs (S1). A northeast - southwest aligned ditch extends for 90m between TG 3488 2572 and TG 3494 2578 parallel to the course of the river to its northwest. Two ditches and a bank extend in a southeasterly direction away from this feature. Two sub-circular pits of unknown function lie on, and immediately northwest of, the main ditch at TG 3490 2574. It is probable that these features are of post medieval date and may be associated with water meadows in the immediete area (S1)
J. Albone (NMP) 5 February 2004.
