Summary

Metal-detecting between 2003 and 2018 recovered Roman, medieval and post-medieval coins; a medieval token; a post-medieval jetton and a range of other, Late Iron Age/Roman, Roman and medieval to post-medieval metal objects. These metal finds include a Late Iron Age/Roman harness fitting or terret ring; a Roman figurine, furniture fitting and finger ring; a Late Saxon strap end; medieval to post-medieval dress accessories; a medieval harness mount and harness pendant; medieval/post-medieval copper alloy vessel fragments; a post-medieval crotal bell, finger ring, sword belt fitting and copper alloy nail and post-medieval/modern toy whistle.

1 Roman finely hollow-cast fragment (40 x 40mm) of copper alloy lion mask ?mount or ?large figurine (nicely modelled snout, part of cheek and eye).
