Summary

This two-storey and attic house is of 18th-century and later date. It has colour-washed brick and flint walls, a hipped pantile roof and a modern shopfront. Two pantiled dormers removed at some time after 2003 were also modern additions. No 33 now recorded separately as NHER 63382.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"No 35 Market Place.
18th century and later. Colourwashed brick and flint with hipped pantile roof. Two storeys and attic. Sashes. Two pantiled 'wedge' dormers with casement on south. Modern shopfront. Pantiled lean-to on east side. Blocked window opening on N. side."

Photographs of Nos 33 and 35 submitted 2003, (S2), show two alignments, eastern section east to west with hipped roof to east (No 35), western section forming L plan with roof hipped to south, presumably a remnant of the former street on the west (No 33, now NHER 63382).
North Norfolk District Council states the dormers are 20th century and to be removed.
