June 1981. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Early 17th-century timber-frame house encased in red brick with blue headers in late 19th century. Steep black glazed pantile roof with gabled ends. Tall brick chimney stack off centre. Two storeys and attic. Three windows. Late 19th-century, three and four-light casements."

Adjacent timber framed barn is curtilege listing only. Plans (S2) in file show straight wall braces, usually indicative of late 17th or 18th century date.
