Summary

A large country house, originally built in about 1720, but enlarged in 1790. The house is brick built with a pantiled roof, two storeys high and has five bays. It is set in two acres of garden with a fish pond.

August 1995. Listed, Grade II.
House of around 1720 enlarged c1790.
Brick, pantiles. 2 storeys, 5 bays. Central door with flat hood and columns. Double pile roof with 2 tiers of taper purlins; internal gable stacks. Evidence of earlier single storey house. Full height outshut of 1850 at rear. Rainwater heads marked JS. Interior has staircase, shutters etc.
