July 1983. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Terraced house and shop.
Late 18th century, brick and pantiles. Four bay façade. Irregular sash windows at first floor and one is a painted dummy. Ground floor has double 19th century shop front with central door; 18th century doorcase to right, then sash window. Hipped roof."
