Listing Description Excerpt:
"17th century. Pantiles. Massive red brick central chimney with spreading base. Two storey, two casement windows each, some altered, three with glazing bars remaining at first floor and small central window with glazing bars. Probably clay lump, plastered, plinth."

17th century house, pantiles, large central stack. 2 storeys.
Each subdivision now with two windows on each level and central door.
Exterior plastered with plinth.
Although (S1) adds "probably clay lump", this must be a mistake, given the date assigned.
Photos in file, (S2), show windows to be replaced and rear catslide.
