Cross, remains of (Ordnance Survey).
Moved here, it is said from the site of St Michael's Church (NHER 4352), via the road fork at the west end of the village; but the church was demolished in 1745, and the Ordnance Survey say the cross is shown at the fork in 1636. In 1904 the cross base proper and shaft were removed to St Martin's church yard (NHER 4352), leaving the pedestal here.

1978.
Ordnance Survey report pedestal now destroyed, spread of brick rubble in field.
