Summary

A medieval parish church, dating almost entirely from the late 15th century, with 19th century restoration. The church contains an unusual 12th century font decorated with arches and caved figures, and a medieval brass of a shrouded woman.

The 12th century square font is decorated with figures of the Magi, the Nativity, and Adam and Eve. The font is thought to have come from St Michael's Church, which was demolished in 1744.
