Summary

This farmhouse dates to the 17th-19th century. It has a rendered façade and a black glazed pantile roof. The windows are original and the offcentre door is set behind a 19th century Doric porch. The parapetted end gables have remarkable star-sectioned chimneyshafts. The brick gable and cornice may suggest an 18th century re-roofing. The most interesting feature of the property is the fact that the front gate is constructed from a pair of whale's jaws.
