Summary

Numbers 15 to 21 form a building, most recently used as auction rooms, said to have been a Co-operative Hall in the late 19th century. The large hall has an apse formed of boards, a gallery and a medieval style roof. At the rear, traces of an older timber framed structure and opening blocked up with flints are visible. The building is physically joined to NHER 26499.

Building, most recently used as auction rooms, but is said to have been a Cooperative Hall in the late 19th century. Large hall with apse formed of boards, gallery and medieval style roof. An old photograph shows a door with canopy now gone. At rear, traces of older timber framed structure and opening blocked up with flints visible. NB the building is physically joined to NHER 26499.
