January 2004. Part survey.
Small house of ironbound conglomerate, brick and reused medieval limestone (and a millstone) apparently built on common land in the 18th century.
Enlarged around 1900.
Similar to other local examples (NHER 12534 and NHER 39196) with reused conglomerate which may suggest that a monastic site was being quarried.
