Summary

Planning permission sought for the full demolition of Ivy House and the reconstruction to create two 1 bedroom dwellings. Reconstruction of Ivy cottage to provide three 1-bedroom dwellings. Conversion of the slaughterhouse to provide two 1-bedroom dwellings. Construction of two further buildings and ten parking spaces.
