Full Description
Feb 2003. Found 2.1m (7 feet) down in mud at lowest tide mark.
Horse skull, radius and fused ulna, certainly not recent but not very ancient, to judge from the colouration of the bones (not blackened), perhaps a few hundred years old.
Bones seen by M. Horlock (NLA) and L. Talbot (NAU).
A. Rogerson (NLA), 12 May 2003.
