Full Description
April 2004. Norfolk NMP.
A cropmark of a ring ditch with a central pit, probably a Bronze Age round barrow, is visible on aerial photographs (S1). This cropmark is centred on TG 3689 2898. It has a narrow ditch and an external diameter of 13m. A central pit which measures approximately 2m by 1m is possibly a grave. Further ring ditches are located 150m to the southwest (NHER 21836) and 150m to the southeast (NHER 38598) forming a small barrow cemetery. Worked flints have been found in the vicinity (NHER 33973).
