Full Description
April 2004. Norfolk NMP.
A cropmark of a possible double ring ditch is visible on aerial photographs (S1). The inner ring ditch has a diameter of 11m while the incomplete outer ditch has a 25m diameter. It is possible that this cropmark relates to a Bronze Age round barrow. However, this double ring ditch may be associated with cropmarks of a possible World War Two anti aircraft gun or searchlight site located 150m to the west (NHER 38590).
J. Albone (NMP), 19 April 2004.
