P. Watkins (HES), 23 May 2019. Amended by P. Beers (HES), 20 June 2020.

Description in (S1) bears little resemblance to photograph submitted with planning application 2004 (in file) which shows brick façade no longer colourwashed, three first floor bays but now with top hung sashes, three dormers but stated by District Council to be reproductions; ground floor shop. To east is a projecting wing in similar style with plaque. District Council say the change is due to a rebuilding about 20 years ago but building is still listed.
