Listed as 'Row of Cottages Immediately North of Old Court House owned by Mr B L Leeds', see (S1).
Described as 17th/early 18th century row of cottages, the south one (now Ling Cottage) slightly advanced and with lower roof. Brick plinth and plastered. Gabled pantile roof. One storey and attic. Eight sash windows and casements; later dormers. Catslide at rear. Brick chimneys. Small outbuilding to north.
