Summary

Metal detecting in 2003 to 2006 noted a number of prehistoric, Neolithic and Early Bronze Age flake tools present on this site, as well as a possible burnt mound. A number of Roman to post medieval objects were also recovered, including an Early Saxon brooch.

2003-2004. Metal detecting.
Late Neolithic/Early Bronze Age scraper on small thin, almost circular flake of very pale grey flint. Rounded end.
Prehistoric nine flakes, one spall, one shatter piece. ONe notched piece, short broad flake with notch in distal edge formed by inverse retouch.
