February 1984. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"House around 1500, altered and refronted in 1738. Timber framed with rendered wattle and daub infill and thatched roof. Through passage plan. Central date plaque in plaster bearing the inscription 17 IEL 38 (Joseph and Elizabeth Lucas). Cabled roof with internal west stack."
