Map

June 2003. NMP.
The ridge and furrow type earthworks are aligned in north to south and east to west directions and are situated on each side of bank NHER 38245 (S1). There are four circular ring ditches visible that appear to post date and overlie the ridges and furrows, two of which appear to have raised circular platforms within their interiors. These are probably stack stands, and are probably also post medieval in date. These features are common on the reclaimed saltmarsh in this area.
M. Brennand (NMP), 25 June 2003.
