Summary

This mid 18th century brick house with a pantile roof has two storeys and an attic. There are five first floor sash windows with vermiculated keystones. On the ground floor is a 19th century shop front with Ionic pilasters There is an offcentre stack and stack on the north parapet gable.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Mid 18th century. Colourwashed brick, grey pantile roof. Two storeys and attic. Five first floor sashes; flat rubbed brick arches with vermiculated keystones. Two ground floor sashes and entrance door to No 12. Good 19th-century shop front with Ionic corner pilasters and central doorway to No 13….Off-centre chimney stack. Parapetted north gable with chimney stack."
