Map

August 2004. Norfolk NMP.
Cropmarks of a possible late prehistoric field boundary and trackway ditches are visible on aerial photographs (S1). Intermittent parallel ditches are present on a southwest to northeast alignment between TG 37142 906 and TG 3727 2933. A west to east ditch joins this line forming the curved corner of a field or enclosure at TG 3725 2928. A ditch running parallel to the main alignment, 15m to the southeast may form a wide trackway. These cropmarks cut across a group of possible Iron Age to Roman enclosures (NHER 38726) suggesting a possible prehistoric date.
J. Albone (NMP), 16 August 2004.
