Map

August 2004. Norfolk NMP.
A cropmark of a field boundary ditch along the line of the East Ruston and Happisburgh parish boundary is visible on aerial photographs (S1). This cropmark was previously recorded as part of NHER 21773. A single ditch cropmark extends for 250m between TG37043040 and TG37093015 on a north to south alignment. This ditch follows the line of the parish boundary but is not marked on the first edition 25 inch Ordnance Survey map (S2), suggesting that it is an earlier post medieval or possibly even medieval ditch.
J. Albone (NMP), 18 August 2004.
