June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"18th century, two-storeys, two windows each, mullion transom casements, except No 18. Timber framed, plasters. Plinths. No 18, central double doors with fielded pmiels in wood case with pilasters, multi-light mullion transom casements. No 18A, windows enlarged, now sash with central glazing bars, modern door in wood case."

South Norfolk council note that part of the external walls were stripped and replastered, revealing the timber frame; this was not carved or moulded suggesting it had always been designed to be concealed.
