Summary

A well-preserved early 18th century rendered thatched timber framed building. It was originally two labourer's cottages, then a 19th century beer house, and is now a private house.

Timber framed house of 18th century date, apparently a pair of labourers cottages, similar to those shown in pattern books of the time. Converted to beerhouse in 19th century. Clay lump barn to rear.
