Map

October 2004. Norfolk NMP.
Cropmarks of post medieval field boundary and drainage ditches are visible on aerial photographs (S1). These cropmarks are centred on TG 34643070. A group of cropmark ditches and a single linear bank form a rectilinear arrangement corresponding with the surviving post medieval field pattern. It is likely that these features represent post medieval field boundary and drainage ditches and a boundary bank. Some of these correspond to boundaries marked on the 1844 Ridlington tithe map (S2). Other undated, but probably earlier, ditches cross the area and may be related to the cropmark complex to the east (NHER 21835).
