Full Description
October 2004. Norfolk NMP.
Cropmarks of a post medieval pond and undated, possibly contemporary, ditches are visible on aerial photographs (S1-2). These cropmarks are centred on TG 34763090. A pond, which is marked on the 1844 Ridlington tithe map (S3), is visible as a cropmark on the west side of this group. To its east is a complex group of wide ditches or linear ponds. These features are not marked on the tithe map but may also be of post medieval date.
