Summary
Research into Bracondale in 2003 noted that this site was documented as early as 1635, although not listed as a dwellinghouse until 1751. The current building on this site is a two storey 19th century house of white brick with a slate roof.

Full Description
No 78 Bracondale.
Two storey house, rebuilt in white brick and given a slate roof in the early 19th century.
Site documented back to 1635 but not a dwellinghouse until 1751.
