Map

November 2004. Norfolk NMP.
A possible structure is visible within the intertidal zone at Overstrand in 1952 on aerial photographs (S1). It is possible that this is a wrecked vessel or alternatively it could be the remnants of a World War Two military structure or defence. The site is centred on TG 2472 4115 and the structure or vessel, as is visible through the waves, measures 17.5m by up to 4.5m. Very little detail of the feature can be distinguished due to the waves breaking in the vicinity of the site.
