Full Description
December 2004. Norfolk NMP.
Cropmarks of undated and post medieval linear ditches are visible on aerial photographs (S1-2). These cropmarks are centred on TG 3155 3142. Six sections of ditch were present on a roughly northwest to southeast alignment and one running north to south. One of these ditches, at TG 3167 3139, follows the course of a footpath marked on the second edition 25" Ordnance Survey map (S3), and map indicate the line of a medieval to post medieval field boundary. The other ditches do not conform to the post medieval field pattern and are of unknown date.
