Full Description
House, now clad in brick of around 1800, but with 17th century fireplace and beams.
Evidence of former timber frame; stack and upper floor may be insertions. 19th century rearrangement. To north are brick barns (now converted) of 18th century date.

Listing Description:
"Primrose Farmhouse, including attached outbuilding to north, Cargate Lane.
Farmhouse. 18th century, with possibly earlier core. Red brick with reed-thatched roof. One and a half storeys, L-shaped. Two boarded entrance doors and four three-light casement windows, all in segmental headed openings. Swept attic dormer with two-light casement."
