However a site visit showed that the pantile roof, gabled parallel with façade, remains only above the offices; remainder has Belfast truss roof of iron and corrugated sheeting. Side elevation to brewery yard, not mentioned in (S1), has eight full height blank arches outlined in gault brick. All have flint infill at the base and Fletton brickwork at the top, as if the upper sections were once open - the second and fourth from the right have only the apex of brick and the arch between them has a high level opening. The lower section of each arch blocking contains a circular window with brick quoined surround; one has been converted to a door. Three high level arched windows said to remain at rear.
Building derelict in 2004.
See (S3) for further details.
